Capital Office Products is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Associate / Customer Support that will help prepare Savings Analysis, Bid and Price Quotes.

Must be able to effectively handle customer and sales team requests, identify and resolve problems in order to meet the needs of our customers and sales team in a courteous and professional manner.

Need to be able to proactively provide a consistent, and reliable customer service experience and promote the retention of Capital Office Products customer base. Work is performed under the direction of the IT / Sales / Support Manager.

Position: Full Time

Must Have Qualifications
Good PC skills including Excel, Word, and Gmail Web / Email.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to resolve unpredictable situations resulting in a win-win resolution.
Team player
Excellent customer service skills.
Solid data entry skills.
Professional telephone manner. Must have at least 1 year of telephone customer service experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Creating Sub Sheets / Price Quote Comparisons, using Excel and Specific Programs
Setting up new customers and existing customers on our website, in a timely manner, and notifying by phone and / or email their log in information
Providing customer support and giving navigation of our website to our customers, helping customers log in and resetting usernames and passwords.
Problem solving and resolving any issues a customer may have when placing their online orders.
Admin support to all sales reps within our company, from price quotes, custom price locks, opening accounts, maintenance to accounts, providing reports upon their request, and having an open mind on different ways to put requested reports together.
Multi-tasking between receiving phone calls and replying back to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Monthly / Month End Reports, weekly reports, and daily reports sent to sales managers.
Provide feedback and communication to sales reps, and company team members of any urgent issues or requests on system needs and changes.


Education &
Experience:
Require High School education or GED
2 years of customer service experience
Previous customer contact and sales experience desired
