Coating Supervisor

POSITION FUNCTION
o Supervises the development, implementation, coordination and management of coating processes to assure production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o Supervisory responsibility for developing new coating / plating processes to meet customer specifications.
o Supervision and follow up of the purchases of raw materials and chemicals necessary for the processes.
o Supervision of regulatory/EPA compliance
o Recommends & implements improvements to processes, methods and controls.
o Supervises processing launch for new or revised products.
o In conjunction with the Coating Manager, designs, develops and tests and/or sources and cost-justify various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended process methods.
o Performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
o Integrate standard and custom processes into a unified system; take a project from concept to complete processing.
o Develops procedures and work instructions for surface finishing processes
o Overall supervisory responsibility of coating staff
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
o Experience with ISO-9001:2008 or other recognized QMS
o Working experience and knowledge of the following:
o Plating
o Hard coat Anodize per MIL-A-8625
o Dry Film Lubrication per MIL-PERF-46010
o Phosphate Coating per MIL-DTL-16323
o Electroplating
o Must have knowledge of and experience with the testing requirements for the above processes.
o Strong computer skills required.
o Successful track record in supervising coating / plating business.
o Excellent management and supervisory skills required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
