Straughter Management Group is a brand management and advertising firm located in Daytona Beach. We are hired by several major retailers and the NATION'S most well-established and profitable satellite television company, to promote and sell their install services to their customers. We are currently experiencing rapid expansionwith this campaign and are in need of multiple candidates to help fill these positions quickly.
One of Straughter Management's offices, RAPIDLY EXPANDING throughout the GREATER DAYTONA BEACH area, is looking for motivated individuals to advance rapidly through our management trainee program.
Opportunities exist, starting on the ground floor and working your way up. We are an independent firm in the dynamic industry of direct marketing, and need local energetic consultants to develop to the Branch Management position and manage expansion offices.
Straughter Management is growing rapidly. We are looking to expand into at least 2 more offices by the end of May. We take pride in our training/mentor program, and deliver a very educational and rewarding curriculum.
Who we are looking to meet:
Presently, we are seeking candidates who can work full-time, have excellent speaking skills, and a positive, outgoing attitude. We offer an entry-level management training program designed to teach in-store marketing & sales skills, customer service relations, appointment setting, and brand advertising.
There is rapid advancement for those who are motivated, have a student mentality, and are able to take on increasing responsibility with consistent results. Our entry-level managers are compensated with both an hourly wage Plus Commissions. Our starting Entry Level reps make between $500-1000/week.
