Final Quality Assurance Technician
TRC Staffing Services is currently hiring
Final Quality Assurance Technician
in the Daytona Beach
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Submission of test data or other quality documentation to customers for approval
Review and approval of shop routers and test data for completeness, accuracy, and satisfaction of required test criteria.
Quality Verification of final product to engineering drawings and specifications
Ensure adherence to highest standards of product workmanship and presentation to customers.
Support visits by Customer representatives (Source Inspectors, Witness, etc)
Collect metrics data from results of quality verifications
Issue non-conformance reports as needed, follow through verify closure
Regular review of production plan for awareness of coming product to FQA
Provide feedback to production team on issues affecting production plan
Review customer orders for compliance
Preparation of customer required documentation for all outgoing product
Support continuous improvement through projects assigned or self initiated
Education and
Experience:
Minimum of one of the following:
Two year technical degree
One year technical Certificate
Certified Quality Technician or Certified Mechanical Inspector
5 Years minimum experience in Quality Assurance with increasing levels of responsibility within a manufacturing environment
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Highest professional and ethical standards in daily interactions
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience and basic understanding of one or more high level manufacturing systems, such as MRP or ERP
Experience in reading and communicating technical drawings
Working knowledge of MSOffice programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of quality systems and techniques including auditing, process control, and inspection methods
Physical Demands:
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of ODI product or documents up to 30 lbs
Regularly required to sit, stand, or move throughout the facility for extended periods.
Work Environment:
Work to be performed in both an office environment and in the manufacturing facility to perform inspection and gather materials and documents.
This position requires periods of working behind a desk, performing tasks on computer.
