Technical Skill Requirements:
? Ability to perform all Front Office/ Van associate duties as outlined in hotel specific training outlines and property specific checklists.
? Familiar with frequently used Standard Operations Procedures.
? Certified in food handling within 60 days of assignment by approved Marriott trainer.

Responsibilities:
? Know and understand guest needs and expectations (QSD) Quality Service Delivery and (QSB) Quality Service Behaviors.
? Comply with federal laws and break periods.
? Comply with Record Retention, Standard Operating Procedures and daily responsibilities.
? Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.
? Property administration of key control.
? Complete maintenance work orders and deliver to the supervisor in a timely manner.
? Complete job specific checklist on a daily basis.
? Do grocery shopping and deliver valet and cookies to the guests suite.
