Job Description Position:
Full Time Must Have Qualifications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to resolve unpredictable situations resulting in a win-win resolution.
Team player Excellent customer service skills.
Professional telephone manner.
Must have at least 1 year of telephone customer service experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities Problem solving and resolving any issues a customer may have when placing their online orders.
Monthly / Month End Reports, weekly reports, and daily reports sent to sales managers.

Experience:
