Senior Benefits Specialist - NASCAR (Daytona Beach, FL)
NASCAR is looking for a talented professional to join our team in the position of Senior Benefits Specialist.
Based in our premier new headquarters in Daytona Beach, this position will be responsible for daily benefits administration and miscellaneous programs and projects.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for enrolling New Hires in benefit plans in a departmental members with information/forms.
Ensure all new hire benefits paperwork is available, current and legally compliant.
Initiate and manage paperwork for all terminated employees, ensuring termination checklists are completed and returned, and communicates with all other departments within the Company as appropriate.

Ensure weekly file feeds to carriers are timely and accurate.
Addresses any carrier exception reports that are generated based on file feeds and all errors/ concerns are appropriately and timely addressed.
Enter monthly commuter benefit elections into HRIS system and transmit funding notifications to Accounting as needed.
Responsible for creating employee communications.
Accurately and professionally disseminating wellness and benefit information to employees via Company Manage, schedule and execute meetings, webinars, service award ceremonies, wellness screenings, flu shots and other employee-related activities; ensuring all meeting requirements are anticipated in advance and confirmed to ensure the best possible end product.
Required skills/
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of Benefits experience required with a Bachelor s degree preferred.
Exceptional skills in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
HRIS experience preferred.
demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be a results driven, well organized, a strategic thinker with an eye for detail, a can do attitude, Must be comfortable conducting employee presentations.
5% travel required including weekends.
