Primary Purpose of this Position:
? Ensure the quality of products produced at our external manufacturing sites isconsistent with EPC / Playtex Mfg.
Inc.
Quality standards.
? Ensure the integrity of external manufacturing master batch records inaccordance with cGMP requirements.
Essential Functions:
? Communicates with internal and external customers to resolve quality issues.
? Plans, schedules and conducts quality audits to appropriate regulations andPlaytex requirements.
? Ability to work with vendors and internal cross functional teams in regards toproblem resolution.
? Oversees external manufacturing non:
conformances and deviations to closure.
? Creates reports for management, and other internal groups.
Reports includetrip, audit, and status.
? Ability to write, review, revise and approve Quality SOP?s.
? Ability to review and approve New Product specifications, Bill Of Materials,Packaging Assembly Specs, Non Conformance Reports and Deviations.

Experience/Education Required:
? BA or BS preferable in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology orrelated field.
? External auditing experience desired.
? Five years minimum experience working in aerosol manufacturing environment ina quality related field ? Five years minimum experience in an FDA regulated aerosol business or ISO:
9000Quality System ? ASQ CQA, CQIA and ISO Lead Auditorcertification or Six Sigma Green Beltpreferred.
Skills and Abilities Required:
? Knowledge of CFR 210/211, a plus ? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal ? Excellent computer skills ? Microsoft Office ? SAP experience, a plus ? Problem solving skills, including root cause analysis ? Knowledge of basic statistics and sampling plans ? Ability and willingness to travel, as in the execution of the duties of thisposition the employee may travel up to approximately 33, or slightly more, oftheir work time.

? Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time ? Ability to travel ? ground and air.
