The Office Manager is responsible for Financial and Corporate functions including Personnel.
This person must understand balance sheet, income statements, accounts with debit and credit journal entries.
This person will interact with Adsil staff daily providing data as needed and is tasked with maintaining all Adsil Corporate related data and information.
This person will interact with Management, and Company CPA in all financial related matters.
The Office Manager will oversee the Administrative Assistant in reconciliations of banking accounts, deposits, payables, and receivables, reconcile credit card accounts, journal entries for month end.
Must be accurate, organized, timely, and able to multi-task.
Will include all other work as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.
Must be versed in Microsoft Suite - specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be proficient in computer use, communication, and capable of working with customers and vendors alike.
Must be verbally skilled and able to interact and provide data with our accounting firm.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
