We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks.
This is a part-time position in a professional office setting.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing expenses - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Experience:
- Previous experience with Quickbooks is preferred - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Type:
