Military Operation Analyst with Security Clearance

40% - 50%Role Responsibilitieso Responsibilities to support activities for an emerging simulation and training capability for the United States Armyo The candidate will support test and evaluation activities to include development of test procedures, supporting the execution of test and evaluation events, create/conduct new equipment training, perform hardware and software analysis, and troubleshoot across complex military systems.o Essential Job Functions:
Candidates will support the design, creation and execution of hardware/software test cases, scenarios, and procedures that incorporates the use of a variety of software applications and toolso Assists in defining integration and testing processes and proceduresPerforms unit testing, configuration item and system level tests, and supports verification/validation testing as requiredo Develops test plans and test reports for all levels of testing performedo Works closely with the leads, development staff and systems engineers to thoroughly understand the system requirements and hardware/software implementationo Works closely with leadership to identify and define testing strategies and plan resources to ensure adequate assets are in place for all testing activitieso Analyzes test results, metrics and trends and provides feedback to development and systems engineerso Assist the product support team in the creation and maintenance of system training documentation, as well as the conduct of new equipment training.Basic Requirements:
o Former U.SArmy, Artillery, Cavalry, Combat Engineer or SpecialOperations officer, warrant officer, or NCO with experience leading a team, squad, platoon or companyo Experience as a military instructorBachelor's degree or equivalent additional relevant experience preferred.o Must be able to take initiative, communicate with team members, and identify and resolve potential issues.o Translate technical objectives into user level requirements and training/Human Factor related criteria.o Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of toolso Squad/Platoon/Company level tactical and leadership experience on required platform.Desired Qualification:
o Knowledge or expertise in any of the following military weapon systems and conceptso would be considered a plus:
