Job Description:
We are seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk to join out Business Office team.
The right individual will need to have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Process New and Used vehicle deals Perform routine entries to the general ledger relating to New and Used billing Process lien payoffs and we-owes Post daily funding notices to general ledger Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules on a weekly and monthly basis Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned Assist in month end closing Requirements:
Basic accounting background required Automotive dealership experience required High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 2 years of billing and/or accounting experience Knowledge of DealerTrack DMS and GM a plus Professional and positive demeanor Willingness to do more than is required Fast learner Job Type:
