We are looking forward to working with you and having you become a part of our team! RealCold is currently looking for a new team members to join their inventory control team in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Currently, this location is on a first shift schedule beginning at 8 am and leaving each day around 5pm.
The scheduled days are Monday through Friday.
This warehouse is not open during the weekends - perfect for your work - life balance! On occasion, depending on the needs of our customers, the facility does have overtime hours - so please be prepared to help with those when business needs arise.
As a member of the Inventory Control team, you will be working to complete the following daily tasks for our customers.
Clean as you go to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Reviewing pallet ID's, stock numbers, product lists and SKU's to confirm accuracy of skipping orders.
Managing inventory replenishment, cycle counts, frequent review of Product ID's and maintaining physical & virtual inventory.
Uphold & follow inventory control processes & procedures.
Operate equipment and conduct pre-shift equipment log before use each day.
Communicate with customers as needed regarding inventory changes, damages, product safety concerns or recalls.
Requirements:
There are a few things to consider when you apply for our roles with RealCold.
We are essentially a cold storage facility, and our environment can be anywhere from 50 degrees to even colder.
Your management team will provide the appropriate guidelines of what to wear to work once you join our RealCold team or provide the appropriate hand gear to ensure safety.
For safety reasons, everyone should be a minimum of 18 to work in our facilities.
Also, in the E Commerce area you should be able to lift over 15 lbs.
At RealCold we work together, so it's important to communicate with the members of your team and the leaders in the building.
Attention to detail, organize and following directions is key to being successful in this role.
We ask that you are proficient in Microsoft office systems and additionally experience in a WOS (warehouse operations system) would be a plus.
One to two years of experience in inventory control and the ability to operate warehouse equipment such as:
pallet jacket or high reach lift.
The starting hourly rate of pay for this position with no experience is $17 per hour but has a progression every 90 days over the course of the first year based on your success in the role.
RealCold believes that our team members should share in the profitability of the locations they support and quarterly has a profit plan based on the success of each location.
Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Critical Care, PTO and more are offered after 30 days of hire.
