As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Duties:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Enter bills and purchase orders into our system Close out repair orders through QuickBooks Answer phone calls and provide information or redirect calls as needed Collaborate with technicians and assist with customer service tasks Perform light administrative work Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks Run errands as required Other Duties as necessary Requirements:
MUST have QuickBooks (desktop/enterprise) experience Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Accounts Payable and Receivable experience Hours Monday - Friday 8am-5pm If you are a motivated individual with excellent Quickbooks and customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
