Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service via various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Assisting customers with inquiries regarding chocolate products, including ingredients, allergens, and availability.
3.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
4.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
5.
Providing product recommendations and guidance to customers based on their preferences and needs.
6.
Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor while representing the chocolate factory brand.
7.
Collaborating with other departments such as production and shipping to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
8.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
9.
Staying informed about new products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
1.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
4.
Attention to detail to accurately process orders and record customer information.
5.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.
Knowledge or interest in chocolate products and their manufacturing process is a plus.
7.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
8.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems.
9.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
