Our current dispatcher is moving up to another position with us and will be assisting training our new dispatcher for their replacement.
We are looking to hire a shop dispatcher for our service department to handle the daily work flow for our technicians.
This position is responsible for distribution of daily work as well as cars down waiting on parts.
You will handle everything from new and used cars to customer and warranty work.
Tracking each cars progression in the shop and figuring out which tech can handle which job to create a good flow is key to a successful dispatcher.
Technician or service advisor background would be helpful in this position.
Duties include -Logging cars -Updating Service advisors -Tracking Special order parts -Assisting Technicians with communication -Maintaining a clean work space -Reporting any shop maintenance needed to manager -Help as needed to maintain a flow Please respond to indeed with your resume.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
