Job Description:
Provide onsite support to Community Association Manager and Board of Directors in the day to day management of a 54-unit ocean front amenity rich condominium in Daytona Beach Shores.
Job Duties:
Perform a number of duties, including greeting office visitors, answering and routing calls, responding to requests for information, keeping community records organized, and assisting in the processing of accounts receivable and payable.
Conduct regular building inspections, provide direction and oversight to onsite janitorial and maintenance personnel, and provide access to third party vendors.
Work under the direction of licensed Communication Association Manager to identify and remedy potential violations of association Declaration of Covenants and duly adopted rules and regulations through regular inspection activities.
Participate in meetings of association board of directors, and its specifically designated committees (including preparation of agenda, supporting documents, meeting minutes, etc.
).
Must have excellent communication skills and be personable.
Also, other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
