Registers sales on the assigned cash register and provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Customer Experience Engages customers by greeting them and helping with products.
Actively listens to customers needs and answers questions courteously and accurately.
Operations Provides customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
Recommends items for sale to customer and recommends up-sells and/or companion items.
Handles customer purchases on the assigned cash register, collects cash, and distributes change as required.
Able to actively view surveillance of grounds to minimize theft and ensure the profit protection of the business.
Assembles, rearranges, organizes, and maintains displays to provide proper product presentation; including but not limited to display windows, display cases, mannequins, and walls Has working knowledge of products.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers and customers.
Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training Training will be provided on shift with a knowledgeable associate or management.
Basic Qualifications Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekend hours.
The store is open 24 hours.
