Teach High School learners, lead small group instruction, develop positive group interactions through discussions and design projects to enhance learners' experiences in the classroom.
Accommodate and implement personalized learning plans for students which reflect the school's mission and plans activities that allow students to apply skills to real world experiences.
Use course data to track learner progress to ensure that the goals of the personal learning plan will be achieved.
Implement lessons in appropriate, constructive, and an engaging manner to drive student learning and help students maintain pace and meet the standards outlined by student performance indicators.
Be proactive by meeting and engaging students regularly regardless of a student's pace and performance.
Treat students fairly by meeting students at their current social, emotional, and learning levels and create appropriate, individualized pathways for each student to learn and grow at a pace and with materials and strategies that make sense for the student's social, emotional, and learning needs.
Provide the student with specific feedback that is meaningful and productive.
Demonstrate the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the job by delineating pedagogical approaches and resources to optimize learner engagement and motivate students.
Mentor students to maintain rapport and facilitate the student's capacity to build social skills.
Models appropriate behaviors and maintains an ideal learning environment.
Model professional and ethical standards when engaging with all stakeholders including parents/guardians, student learners, employees, and community members.
Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders through direct and regular communication.
Keep accurate school records and prepare and submit such reports as required; communicate with Head of School and parent/legal guardian to maintain consistency in the student's learning and goal achievements.
Promote diversity by using strategies and content that reflect various student cultures, socio-economic backgrounds, and learning differences.
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of student information system (SIS) and learning management system (LMS).
Demonstrates the ability to Work independently and as part of a team (i.

) Demonstrate level of professional responsibility by meeting the attendance and punctuality standards set forth by the Head of School.
