We're looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.
The ideal candidate MUST have strong Excel skills with knowledge of displaying formulas, pivot tables, master the shortcuts and more as well as typing 50 WMP.
Main
Responsibilities:
Answer the phone at the front desk Accurate record keeping Data Entry Using a computer with Microsoft office, Excel and other windows based programs Other general clerical tasks Requirements:

years Office Experience Advanced Excel knowledge Skills:
Experience with MS Office software:
Outlook, Word, Excel (including formulas).
