This position is located in Holly Hill, Florida, and will be responsible for performing clerical tasks requiring advanced clerical skills and some independent actions.
The candidate will perform front desk receptionist duties including face-to-face customer service, filing, copying, faxing, mail distribution, subpoenas, and hospital face sheets.
The preferred candidate, having met the minimum requirements will have at least one (1) year of front desk, face-to-face customer service/receptionist experience.
knowledge of patient medical records is required.
Local government experience is a plus.
Illustrative Duties (NOTE:

May serve as a clerical specialist in maintaining a computerized database for a division/activity program which includes updating and purging records, preparing/formatting reports, and trouble-shooting system problems.
Performs specialized and technical clerical and record keeping duties with a minimum of supervision.
May perform receptionist duties for a complex activity or division including typing, filing, copying, faxing, mail distribution, etc.
Receives telephone calls and contacts from citizens requesting specialized information of services.
Receives and passes on to proper person or division any complaints from citizens regarding county service or related information.
Researches and assembles a variety of data from office records for incorporation into various reports.
May be assigned to other county locations based upon operational needs.
Attends work on a regular and consistent basis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must adhere to Federal, State, County and Local ordinances.
Minimum Requirements Graduation from high school or possession of a GED plus three (3) years of general clerical/secretarial work experience in an office environment.
A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum requirements (to include, at least one year (1) year of medical records, physician office or emergency medical services experience).
The preferred candidate, having met the minimum requirements will have at least one (1) year of front desk, face-to-face customer service/receptionist experience.
Knowledge of patient medical records is required.
Local government experience is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
