Brown & Brown is looking for a Technology Training Leader to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL! The Technology Training Leader will support the Retail Technology Solutions team in utilizing technology tools and software to achieve maximum benefit for workflow, training delivery, productivity, and other business processes.
They have experience in the insurance or technology industry and is a Subject Matter Expert in a multitude of software applications.
The goal of the Technology Training Leader is to build resources and assets that enable teammates to most effectively apply technology-based solutions that meet organizational needs.
They work with the Learning & Development team to develop research materials and methods, develop training, update existing training, establish curriculums, deliver teammate training, assess teammate performance, and communicate with Leaders to ensure teammate success.
Essential Duties and Functions:
Assist in developing training processes, both in person and online Help develop a process to evaluate the training processes Monitor trainers throughout training and provide coaching and feedback Identify any opportunities for increased efficiencies in training procedures Promote the use of available software to support continued efficiency and improvement in departmental processes.
Assess software and technology training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultations with departments to analyze business processes and support technology needs Use identified organizational needs to build customized technical training materials, online learning modules, and course content Deliver virtual training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
Work alongside the team to continually improve our training strategy by exploring new approaches and techniques Evaluate emerging training and software tools and develop materials and tools through research, study, and assessment Collaborate in the creation and upkeep of materials and tools schedule Work closely with team to ensure that all capabilities and processes are fully tested and verified prior to formal and informal training Keep up with the ever-changing demands of a multitude of software programs; including but not limited to:
AMS360, BenefitPoint, ImageRight, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and work independently with minimum supervision Required:

years' experience, in the technology or insurance industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Instructional Design, or Training Able to travel 10-60% Experience with all Office 365 products available to teammates Preferred:
Creative approach to training and development of teammates Master's degree in Business, Instructional Design, or Training Passionate and enthusiastic about teammate growth Knowledge of Adult Learning theories Demonstrate willingness to grow and learn as technologies develop by engaging in software-related educational and credentialing programs Ability to apply and incorporate technologies into solutions WHAT WE OFFER:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
