Summary:
The position of Commercial Divisions Service Leader exists to oversee and facilitate the Commercial Lines Service Department as well as aid in the prevention of errors and omissions through the implementation and monitoring of Brown & Brown's errors and omissions program.
Essential Duties and Functions:
Prepare the top line budget and manage the expenses within the constraints of the budget Build, expand, and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the clients' needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with producers and teammates within the office.
Develop and maintain operational workflows, procedures, controls, and training Oversee, adapt, and modify core deliverables and projects to keep in line with industry trends Perform standard account management responsibilities on assigned accounts, including but not limited to, customer service, updating & maintaining data in agency management systems, processing renewals, managing expiration reports, etc.
Review carrier contracts and contingency contracts Identify potential errors and omissions exposures and implement procedures which will minimize or eliminate same.
Be a point of contact for the profit center to answer insurance operations questions.
Review all insurance operations best practices for the office in order to verify compliance with Brown & Brown best practices.
Ensure all Brown & Brown Best Practices action plans for the office are monitored through completion.
Keep informed of industry developments through a review of trade press, maintaining related manuals and attending meetings.
Act as an insurance operations liaison for the region Mentor and manage Service team leads Participate in special projects as needed Perform other duties as assigned We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
