WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Broad Management Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a residential property in the Daytona Beach, FL area.
Responsibilities:
Building maintenance; including completing work orders in occupied apartments and unit turns in vacant apartments Respond to resident requests for maintenance, troubleshoot problems and take action to resolve maintenance issues Schedule contract services and purchase supplies Perform routine maintenance tasks including light duty plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC REQUIREMENTS:
HVAC/EPA license required Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team leader Familiar with federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, Workers' Compensation, Hazard Communication, and Fair Housing laws Qualified individuals must have at least 3 years' experience in property maintenance Plumbing Experience; CPVC Piping Proficient with hand and power tools Applicant must have proven ability to properly diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair work Must be able to speak English Job Type:
