We have an opening for a Full-time Painter/Maintenance position.
Primary responsibilities will include maintaining all common area metal surfaces (sprinkler pipes, doors and door frames).
Additional painting on exterior walls and floors and pool deck.
Maintenance includes servicing and replacing door closers, hinges, handles ect Ideal candidate is an experienced painter with knowledge of general maintenance items and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Position offers a healthcare option as well as paid vacation after specified term of employment.
Work day is 7:
00 am to 3:
30 pm Monday through Friday.
No weekend work required.
Position requires self-motivation, responsible and reliable work ethic, pride in workmanship, attention to detail and ability to work well with others within the maintenance team.
