The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer invoices, ensuring that payments are made on time, and managing customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Billing New, Used, Dealer Trades to accounting in a timely manner Process all outgoing and incoming Dealer Trades Review accounting schedules on a weekly basis Report any discrepancies to Dealer Accounting Manager Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins Answering, directing and making customer phone calls as needed Filing and organizing paperwork & documents Other task and duties as assigned by manager Product cancellations Post bank reserve statements monthly Job Type:
