It is his/her responsibility for responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Property Manager, property staff or owners.
Essential Functions Respond to service requests, diagnoses problems and repairs, HVAC , Electrical, Plumbing, Minor Carpentry, Minor Drywall and Appliance repairs.
Other diagnostics and repair may be needed.
Make vacant units rent ready within 7 days of move out and pass inspection prior to move-in.
Responsible for keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
Responsible for conducting quarterly inspections.
Emergency Maintenance on call.
Bilingual a Plus! Must have EPA Universal Certificaion/HVAC Certification Job Type:
