Facilities Maintenance Technician

Headquartered out of Buffalo, New York - we currently cover New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
We are now expanding to the Florida market! We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.
Typical repair and maintenance includes electrical, plumbing, general handyman work, and VCT/ceramic tiling.
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong plumbing background.
5 years of repair and maintenance experience required, this candidate must be well rounded in most trades as you will be operating without direct support during initial expansion.

We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in our field and those that posses attention to detail, follow through, and take pride in their work.
Ability to troubleshoot required.
Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
Work provided vehicle and tools.
Must maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of company vehicle.
Knowledge of smartphone operation required.
Full time position.
Typical schedule is Monday-Friday.
Times may vary, but generally 8-4 or 9-5 depending on the customer's needs.
Occasional weekend and overnights required.
Weekend and overnight work receives increased bonus pay.
Background check to be conducted after job offer as necessary for client approval.
Wage is up to $40 per hour, and is based on your skill set and experience.
